I think it is due to a few reasons:


1. The CEO is showing no interest in
communicating with Shareholders - does not
respond to comments/questions on
Facebook/Twitter anymore.

2. The CEO lied to Shareholders on Facebook
about the Toledo, Ohio Clinic being ready to accept
appointments. The altmedcenters.com website is
still not showing a phone number and address.

3. The CEO was very anxious to pump up the
Financials in an early PR in July - and yet knowing
that Shareholders would be expecting an early Financial
Report again for Q-3 he has been silent.
