You do not get it........Any gain will be sold off. They are competing with you to sell shares before during and after any small investor that wants to take a profit..... dont you get it. No big time gains will ever ever stay with this company. It is built to make money from diluting the share price and selling shares for pennies on the dollar during toxic financing.

My god they do not even use their own money to buy the real estate for most of their business.

They lease, and expense everything out...sometimes back to companies or property they already have ownership into!
