I thought the same thing. If the tweet was "We do not comment on stock price" period the end! No they had to add but... "for you people selling or shorting you are going to be sorry". So much for not commenting on stock price. Bottom line they don't have approval to announce this 3rd product launch and they tweeted in an effort to stop the bleeding.
