It is impossible to find out if they have gotten any gov't funding. I have tried and tried with 0 luck.

The reason I think they at least tried to get govt funding.

Right before they hired Jared Boock, they posted the job listing on LinkedIn. One of the requirements was experience in writing govt grants. That was a long time ago.

Good chance they got some sort of $$ as our govt is throwing it around, trying to get out in front of the weed boom.

Tons of commercials warning people driving under the influence of any drug, legal or not is against the law.
