As I have mentioned, GRPN is up against a difficult problem posting increasing whole penny EPS increases because of the share count.

Until they can overcome it with a combination of higher revenues, higher profit margin offerings, and their share repurchase program, GRPN is going to be range bound.

They have to do their best with their free cash flow, to increase shareholder value by reducing the O/S.

A 5.5 million O/S makes it very hard for GRPN to post even a 10¢.

Still, the new CEO is making so many good moves, I am confident he has GRPN on the path to doing all three of the things I mentioned.
