Additionally, the company faces stiff competition from international manufacturers and distributors, as well as a large number of smaller, regional competitors. Some of its major rivals include GS Yuasa Corporation, Exide, Johnson Controls and Yokohama Industries. In order to boost competency the company needs to have an interesting lineup of product launches, to stoke growth in the upcoming quarters.




In the meantime it appears someone is slowly picking up any shares they can between the bid and ask in which there are not many!!

Another interesting note... Because Enersys more or less took or technology and ran away to California with and abandoned our factories in Germany the arch boys might have redress so I think there is some tough negotiating going on and the end of the year is a deadline if not within the next few days. Hopefully, what ever agreement was made I hope is not open ended because this could go on for ever into oblivion!
