So what if its diluted. The price goes down because others got to buy bulks at a lower price. If the company is shaping to be a heavy hitter in the blockchain "gang" then you buy the dip, hold long and by the time you sell (hopefully after a year) you'll get taxed less then if it popped tomorrow.
