So its been a long journey and we got lost along the way, but we are back and are going to be better than ever.
In 2010, Ed Blincoe and David Lovatt acquired DNA Dynamics and set about filling it will exciting (and valuable!) licenses and tech. After acquiring Slam Productions in the UK, its state of the art development platform, and staff they exhibited at E3 the following year and the business started rocking and rolling.
In 2014 though, the cost of trying to become a fully reporting company with the SEC and file an S1virtually wiped the business out and the games & tech were all carefully mothballed for a later date.
The business was sold and, briefly, in 2015, the new owners flirted with technology around the sale of Marijuana .. but it never really went anywhere and the acquisitions failed to materialize.
In July 2017, Carl Grant acquired the company and its assets and set about developing a brand new platform to bring to market. Whilst quickly using the assets to gain revenue, the new direction of the company was set....and the journey beings again.
