Arrayit Corporation (ARYC)

New poster here. Been following this stock for a while. From what I understand as per twitter Arrayit has been booking multiple sales contracts over the last few months and have also 12$MM worth of stock in another company. If this is the case why are the financials not current? OTC shows company has multiple directors, why hasn't any one of them executed in filing such and will there be no financials declared next week? If all is true about revenue and equity this is undervalued at 4MM cap but if they don't know how to file not sure it's worth the risk here.
