Friday's SEC filing CONFIRMS... Doubling the OUTSTANDING SHARES



Lol what?! They doubled the AUTHORIZED SHARES smarty pants.

The PREFERRED HOLDERS don't care.



Those same preferred holders own over half the float of OUTSTANDING COMMON shares... they do care.
