On November 5, 2017, Tautachrome Inc. released for comment its KlickZie Draft Cryptotoken Whitepaper (the “Whitepaper”), announcing this release on its Twitter, Facebook and Instagram social media sites (@Tautachrome, Tautachrome). The Whitepaper describes company plans to monetize KlickZie imagery with a KlickZie blockchain cryptotoken. A copy of the Whitepaper is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
