I agree BUCKM. Richard Horner from the UoW stated they get several proposals every month and after 8 months of due diligence chose to partner with this company. They have resources both human and technical that they will apply to this technology. They have funding that they could use for the benefit of CCTI. Most of all they have a mandate to increase the production and sale of Wyoming PRB.

Is it any surprise that recently the UoW hosted JCoal from Japan with the sole purpose of exporting their coal to them? Any surprise that Governor Mead recently signed a MOU with Taiwan to look into exporting PRB coal to them.

Maybe it is coincidental and not related but if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a ducks chances are that it is a duck.

I would like to see the 10Q filed this week in the hope of a little more color on timing

New eyes on this stock will certainly help and given it has hit the NYTines etc i hope that there will be new and fresh investors brought into this stock.
