After a quick read, it seems that the set up is pretty immune from political influence, i.e. appointees ect. I am hopeing for to much, missing something or reading something into it that is not there?
Also if there are people who are appointed, do you have any idea if the appointments are open ended or if they change with the current political environments?
Might sound like stupid questions, but I am so dang tired of seeing what look like good things or progress get sunk, due to politics.
