Lets try this, PPHM BOD is working a deal with XYZ .

XYZ has to see whats going on with the company and how things are being handled and how they were in the past.

Im sure they wouldnt just jump in and give them the (12 billion) some feel its worth.

So XYZ says these guys are up against the wall, lets give them 25% of what we would have if RONIN wasnt involved.


Thats what kind of deal you will see.

Everyone here knows its not getting 12 b so be conservative and say 1b
