The SEC says that having a skull and cross bones won't necessarily get you suspended, but if you do and are releasing news or have a ton of volume you likely will be. The SEC stance is that if you have the time and money to do things but chose not to spend those resources updating your filings, your an obvious scam that people need protected from. Just telling you what they say, not my words. With the types of scammers pumping this on twitter and all the fake stuff being put out,I mean WOW, be careful.
