Nascent dose dependency? Someone knows the word nascent, and spells it right but cannot see from a simple graph that there is no dose response curve? Ha ha ha! this whole discussion based on tiny numbers of patients makes me laugh aloud. The data clearly show no dose dependency and the thought that a group of intelligent adults argue otherwise is astounding.

And then we have the argument that 300 and 400 are expected to do better because 200 looks better than 50, when in fact it may be that 300 and 400 will do worse no one even knows

How about we try to admit and agree: an honest assessment from the company- IP says P2a data offer a flicker of hope, at best, and they decided to spend millions of dollars and lots of time pursuing prurisol when maybe they would have been much better off working on an enteric form of Brilacidin or a cream for acne
