It has been 5 days since 10/31/2017.

We have now been swiftly ushered into week 2, since the deadline has expired. We have received enough confirmation to believe that the company is still trying to close the deal. The acquisition is in progress. In other words, NOT completed. We remain in the dark in reference to how farthey are from closing the deal, but again this trivial piece of info is practically of little to no significance, since they only have 11 days left to kiss the deal goodbye, unless they make it happen this time, once and for all.

With the recent history of the company postponing the Kalitta deal twice before the deal was abandoned altogether, we are all hoping that, the acquisition is sealed by the 15th. I personally will have no interest in posting in this board, upon the official news of a successful acquisition. We are here because we all have hope, although many of us are very skeptical. The company's flamboyant past has vehemently encouraged us to remain skeptical.

As of this date, N417XA has not been delivered to USGlobal Airways, as promised.

As of this date, the FAA Registry website, which is updated each Federal Working Day at Midnight, still has AERSALE as the rightful registered owner of N417XA .

We don't need any more cheapies at this point. We just need the worthless sub-penny cheapies that we individually hold to increase in value. That's all.
