And who can forget when Luther paid Eddie 250 million shares for two $20 website domains... "Hemppster.rocks and Hempster.club? He has since switched the domain registration to private to disguise his ownership. However, Eddie also registered others which I'm sure he intended to sell as well.

Rash is the former IR person for Eddie's SEC de-listed ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL. He successfully sued the Vakser family and their companies. Rash wanted $800k but received a judgment of $500k (I think). Vakser & Verges set out to sabotage or cybersquat on the Hempster trademark (now dead/ abandoned: http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4809:l9edv9.2.5 . Rash's company is down the road from Eddie which must gall him to no end.

The company's websites which investors spent 250 million shares for the two ten dollar domain names are as valueless and as worthless as SUTI shares and management team. Edwad Vakser is only out to shear investors' money based on stupid vacuous PRs and facebook posts. There are no greenhouses, no dividends, no websites, no morals, nothing but lies is all this Vakser scab is about. Lies designed to plunder anyone who makes the mistake of investing in absolute lies.

The Company signed an acquisition agreement with www.hempster.club and www.hempster.rocks . These new concepts Social Networks and Phone Apps, once developed, will enhance the communication and information gathering, sharing and dissemination among its members, users and supply chain vendors. The Company plans to launch these for Q3 and Q4 2015. The Company paid 150 million in free trading 144 common stock shares and 100 million in restricted 144 stock.
