Duh, Herman Ullman is been used in the same manner that RedChip was used by Adrian, to sell shares so that note holders and his self can dump them. Go back and read the PR from January/February it's the same story just a new "business". By the way Herman Ulman does not work directly for DNA Brands. He is not an office in the company so he does not have a final say. Mr. Ullman is an "advisor" meaning when Adrian feels like he no longer need advice, or in this case once using Mr. Ullman name to sell shares is no long working, he will cut ties.
