WOW---it must depend on to whom you talk with---I did that also--wasted an entire afternoon explaining that me , a retired broker/trader with many effen years exp and still they would not execute my order--it was for 5Mil shares---I even got into the trading dept----and told them that Eterd would execute my order---all I had to do was open an acct--Fidel still refused--so---I did---now I have 2 separate holdings of this and some day it will be marginable---!!! talk about buying power then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
