I absolutely agree I could not tell the difference switching back-and-forth between viva’s and charter. That is when I decided to return three of my boxes cutting the cord completely!!! We will never understand all the bellyaching with incredible service. There’s just so much huge potential with this new start up company and the ones that are running it. And how I see things with technology changing and more people having access with their smart phones to do their research I do see cable TV will be like the old rotary telephone sometimes changes are hard but it’s reality also The old saying goes trying to keep up with the Joneses lol
