So why is KPMG telling different callers different things? I was told by the Vancouver National Canadian Office that KPMG policy is to NEVER discuss who is or is not their client. On the other hand multiple people have been told by various KPMG offices that Sulja Bros is NOT a KPMG client. I believe they were indeed told just that. Maybe I'm just not a smooth enough talker or didn't reach the right person or whatever. The question that begs to be answered is why would any CEO state in a public PR that such and such company is doing their audit if indeed they were not. It's just to easy to verify one way or another. Maybe Petar is a complete idiot who wants to go to prison for stock fraud (which I seriously doubt) or maybe there is a more plausible explaination. Maybe, just maybe, the audit is being done for the REAL controlling entity (Consultech?, Wessal?, Emaar???). Also, if the statement by Petar is blatantly false and designed to lure investors into SLJB, then why has KPMG not demanded a retraction by Petar V. and Company?
My bet is that KPMG is indeed doing an audit, but they are working for whoever is the real controlling entity. I could be totally wrong though and there may be some other more plausible explaination.
