div doesnt get paid equals sec fraud ?--nonsense--------places liability on mkt ?---doesnt even make sense-------someone now buys that liability----not even nonsense-----and how and why would that then make anyone an "underwriter" ?----i realize this is your outlet,would be more interesting if your silliness recognized reality.
