well...you seem to have a lot of faith in ol' Jimmy....the only problem is that he still has not got the 10k filed...I know it's not a big deal to miss the original 10k deadline....however, missing the 5 day extension deadline is a BIG DEAL!...and if he misses his grace periods of 25 days approx. (Nov 20 )then moving from Delinquent to DARK is a HUGE DIFFERENCE. coming back from DARK is a very hard ordeal and a long process for delinquent filers to overcome.

you peeps can continually recycle the cut and paste of the last news event over and over if you really think that will get your s/p up...but what SGMD really needs is a 10k filing... or share volume will start dropping like a rock.....
