The over 500% jump was because of a very low float and o/s against the shorts. it was not the bulls or bears that causes the share price to soar so high. it was the combination of a reduce down to 5k o/s and super shorts covering on a very tiny float and o/s. The same could happen with TOPS. This is how millionaires are made.
