They seem to have been scattered to the 4 winds...

Ally is a Finanial Institution. Zecco sold $275,000,000 in assets to Ally after that SEC complaint. Then merged with TradeKing. 1.4 Billion Ally government held assets were also sold around the same time. You just can't sell Government held assets. They have to be offered to the public. Ally then acquired TradeKing.

Ally being a Finacial Institution have to meet Dodd/Frank requirement on High Risk speculative Venture type investment within 2 years. Believe all those court delays are done?

If these requirement are not met they have to be cleared. My account seems to be in clearing Mode.

Now Ally did not cause the Market Fail during a Immeadiate release divvy payment at ENTI. However it would seem they acquired the liability. From what I have read they have set aside 2-4 Billion to clear these accounts. In May/June my Ally account was asigned to Apex Clearing and account agreement requirement made my account a money market account. Meaning I can not buy back certain securities...best I can tell unless they meet certain price requirements.

So does that make Ally the underwriter ?

Hell, LA ... 2k and I can wait till hell freezes over...believe though, that there clock once it starts ticking is only 999.99 days...few more months I won't even need the 2k...I'll be over the fixed income retirement hump.

I suppose from what I have read ... a exit date could force sell my shares if not met... Below $2 try me... see what happens...SEC complaint is good as Gold, $275,000,000.00 asset sell set a value...for damages...
