Got a bill in the mail today. The electric company decided that 3 years ago the rate they charged wasn't enough. So I have to pay the extra.

Apparently, this action was approved by the government.

What's next? Do I get a call from the supermarket "hey that cheese you bought 3 years ago, we decided it should have been more expensive"
