...and therein lies the problem for investors...investors dreaming and cheer leading rather then challenging alleged "facts" out of XXII, which don't add up with other alleged "facts" from BT. IMO...BT statements don't align with XXII's "facts" (i.e. only company with or who can develop the VLN technology).

Then on top of that you have the "time factor". Timing of VLN mandate very uncertain.

I remain flat unless and until there is clarity and resolution of those more fundamental "facts".
