reverse splits are just signposts in the midst of financing. Probably 10 to 20 financings since 2003 as the company loses money rapidly, and has no choice wanting to do by far the 2 largest clinical trials in company history, OM 240 patients, ICC 295 patients

people thinking ratio are dead wrong, all it takes is 10 fold dilution to be foul, market cap could go up 10 fold over time, but if so buy after some of the dilution. Least a potential buyer should see how this first wave of raising money goes.

OK let us say only 5 fold dilution. It makes the recent touting of .035 is cheap akin to .175 is cheap or a market cap of $85 to $90 million
