Can someone please explain the implications of the last 8K please? They say they've deregistured their shares from the SEC. Then they say they are going to use REG A+. I looked up REG A+ and it looks like it's to be used by private companies to raise money.

How is that going to effect the the existing shares, if at all.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who is confused by this. Thanks in advance.
