As promised by CEO "filing 1st then news", the filing is exactly what anyone following should have expected. OTTV is now current, and moving forward with the final technical developments, and major revenues. Think for a minute what it took to make all of this happen. VIVA is legally streaming TV to people, hundreds of channels all over the world. What does that take, well more than a server and a few cables. That take a serious amount of technical expertise, and the ability to negotiate multiple contacts, this is no small basement operation, I would love to see some pictures of their hardware.

Anyone selling OTTV stock is an idiot, this is major and the next 2 quarters will be very significant. The subscriptions for VIVA sell themselves and will fire sale once the word get outs. Just look around, who isn't looking at their cell phone or tablet? Are some investors that short sighted or just stupid?

This is not your typical penny play "CBD snake oil" "Gold mine" or "Energy Drink" this is the real deal, people want and need this product.

The negative chatter will need to be very loud to keep the PPS down going forward.
