All I know is it's crazy that shareholders have to feel this much pain for 500-600k in left over convertable debt, or whatever that debt amount now is.

Crazy... That is not much debt they just need to get it off the books already.



Then what do they do for money start selling SHARES!!! If they could pay it off with cash which I doubt they can do All that would do is give the Flippers a field day to make money. The Debt is set let it play out and let them grow this company.
