No - I think it means that they would get and additional $5MM when those warrants are exercised.


I think the pricing of the warrant exercise price below the price paid for the stock issued was a way of setting a floor beneath the stock (to some extent) without committing the additional $5MM in capital on day 1.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
