Ok...so this happened on 8/28.

Over two months later they haven't filed anything with Idaho to change the BOD record. Over two months later and not a word of PR on this board about him becoming Chairman and CEO even though he sent out proxies to shareholders. I threw mine in the TRASH the day it arrived.

This only proves my point to a T that I made repeatedly on this board in July/August 2016.

DO NOT VOTE YES for the changes in the SS that DILUTES this POS to 10 BILLLION shares.

DO NOT VOTE YES for the changes that gives ONE person 100% control of this Company and eliminates future share holder voting.

What did I get? Hate filled PM by the dozen and trash talked on this board. Oh boy!!...this SHAM was going GOLD if only Chad was tossed out and they had billions of shares to raise money with. And NOW people are SURPRISED when this SHAM has gone nowhere and never will? I'm not.

BTW.....Now that the place has burnt to the ground isn't the time to buy a fire extinguisher.
