It appears Finra is now using more discretion and doing deeper research when considering even the most common corporate action such as a reverse split. Hopefully Finra will look into the Zoyes Boys association - ASKE instructed its Transfer Agent to irrevocably set aside over 3 Billion shares for the duo, not to mention their other notes with the company.
