Several things need to happen here. One introduce a new busi ess model because emissions testing is a dying industry. And it is only a matter of time until politics get in the way and eliminate the need to have cars pass air care. Number 2, CEO needs to do a better job pushing out news and keeping the shareholders updated and buil interest. This company has been run like old school perhaps a new CEO would help.
