UNBALANCE THE WHITE CARD by VOTING it WITHOUT ES, DP and DJ is the only way to achieve that

There is no such thing as an unbalanced white card. Voting the white card would supersede any votes for Ronin. Since we know your choice of BOD has a history of using broker non-votes to pass things against shareholders desires, this would put ES, DP, and CJ back on the BOD. This plan, as you present it, is completely untrue and repeating it everyday doesn't change the facts. Although "facts" doesn't seem to be the requirement for suggesting how people vote as we've seen many times in the past.

"RS is highly unlikely" - FALSE, BOD slammed us for the full 7

"RS is neutral" - FALSE, after 3 RS's the PPS is down 90%

"This BOD doesn't abuse ATM" - FALSE, found guilty by court of law

"Ronin can't nominate more candidates" - FALSE, they just did

"Voting more authorized shares is good" - FALSE, it led to more dilution

"PPHM is filing a BLA after failing Sunrise trial" - FALSE, no such BLA filed

"PPHM is Microsoft of Biotechnology" - FALSE, we've given up pursuit of R&D to become solely a CDMO
