No need for PR's. Biscardi has a better way. He finds a remote community, goes to the local newspaper and tells them he is going to build at least one $25M hotel.

Then they write up all the pr's

The beauty is that Bigfoot has been spotted in thousands of such remote communities so it can work over and over.

Efficient management has an advantage in the pinks.
