We know that HAON dumped additional shares the past month or two. The outstanding share numbers on OTCMarkets confirm this. Why would they do that if they planned on starting a buy back? They risked selling low and buying them back at a higher price. That doesn't seem right. Unless they really had no idea they were going to do the buyback?
