Anyone who thought that was either not paying attention, or was willfully ignoring the obvious.

There was ZERO doubt NEWC was being suspended for filing delinquencies. The Company had a long-time habit of ignoring SEC filing regulations, going back to the Form 10 where they blew off the SEC comments and the Commission warned them in the strongest terms they were being turned over to enforcement. Sure, it took longer than expected, but the end was never in question.

Audits and filing take money. And NEWC has none. With the amount of existing debt they have, there is really little to no chance they will ever return.
