This is where your viewpoint differs. IMO I "wish" it would all play out as you describe but the odds are so slim that from a buying-Voippal-shares perspective it does not make sense as it is more likely they don't win the IPR, nor the Apple trial, and if they do they are to be dragged through the courts for a very long time.

What will the share price do in that scenario? Drop like a rock, reverse split, whatever it takes to keep operations going, that is what must happen. Rumblebum it is ALARMING that Emil and co do not disclose the particulars mentioned. And when investing in a company one is investing in that company's management. Pretty shady background so hard to invest in management of that caliber.

And regarding AT&T, Verizon, and others, I am confident they will watch what plays out with Apple and if Apple drags it out so will they. We are talking about exceptionally large companies that have the funds to push this as long as Voippal can take it.

Does the future look bright? Not really. Lots of HOPE that it does, but IMO any sane investor knows the probability of these events all aligning in a way that benefits Voippal is nill. And again, this is why mid 2 cents will get you some shares despite years of progress.
