I too own a significant number of BVTK shares but its becoming obvious that the company is turning into a giant marketing firm for other companies with REAL products, rather than sell it's own products. That is not a bad thing as long as the other companies are selling and BVTK is getting its marketing share. They do finally own (or will own) some assets with a successful acquisition of Helpcomm but once again they take on a lot of debt with the acquisition. I guess the thing that is most bothersome is the hype around Dark Pulse. The sales agreements were struck months ago and to my knowledge, BVTK has yet to see a dime of the $21 million that it quickly posted as (potential revenue in its 8K and PR. They likely won't see a dime for quite some time since the payment hinges on the work being completed, accepted and paid for which will likely take considerable time especially when dealing with foreign governments. As a marketing firm, BVTK is at the end of money food chain so people are right to hold with the hope that in a year or two the revenue stream will start to become something they can depend on and possibly begin buying back shares. In the meantime, the flippers have, and will continue to have a field day with this stock. The other nagging issue is the toxic notes that continue even though Tom said he is being inundated with multiple equity investors (waiting to choose the right one(s))???? Wouldn't it be better to just let ONE of the equity investors in to relieve some of the debt and stop the continuing dilution of the stock? It is becoming harder and harder to match the business rhetoric with actual events. I, like others will be patient and wait the possible years that it will take to see the revenue stream pick up and the PPS FINALLY adjust itself to real life facts!! Bottom line is that I continue to believe in BVTK's management team but I have accepted the fact that it's a long term bet rather then a short term rocket stock. GLTA!!
