these set backs didn't just happen on 10-31-17. all insiders knew what was going on realtime. austrianova went back to start on islets, which was probably their backup plan all along, tong came on board less than 30 days ago, morrell 2 months ago. i'm sure they knew of the set backs but they still came onboard. and their time is not cheap. pmcb strengthened their partnership with austrianova 2 months ago.

imo, there is still something big going on behind the scenes, and i think it's with tong and the chinese.
