No real reason to, market price is below the current public offering and currently stated dilution. It will be lucky to hold .60. Plus, just doubled the AS, and diluting $50,000,000, basically printing all of it, and facing delisting for non compliance, RS is written in big letters on the wall should they fail.m Worth watching, but, definitely not a buy nor a hold currently, might be one or 2 day flip for small percentages, 10-20%, but past history supports this revisiting sub .50. If they do something properly, no hurry to catch it. If not, not holding bags.
