This stock had an os under 50m earlier this year. Now over 2b or so. Its just a leaky faucet. If they could turn it off the stick might move. That's why I've said this is a ponzi share scheme. The non dilutive restricted shares they are offering keep getting steeper discounts. The stock has to be inflated for them to get out. Since it no longer can, you know what will eventually be next. Sad
