I learned those fail to deliver reports have very little to do with short selling ...

And being short doesn't always mean your betting against the stock ... trust me I work at a brokerage that fails to deliver for many simple reasons ...

If you were short here you would of done well considering the stock is very much down !!

Div paying stocks are rarely scams and buying other companies is common even with scams
