It never fails. As soon as I unload some bottled up frustration about management, then state publicly I am stepping away from the board(s) as not to drag anyones spirits down with me, along comes some yahoo with a direct opinion about my personal thoughts, judgments, observations, and opinions.

HealthMngr, where have you been the last six months, or the last 3 years for that matter? There have been "protests" for various reasons about management going on the entire time. In regards to your telling everyone to vote - good for you! Did you vote? Better yet, do you know how many shares are in the float?

Do you believe Kal/Management/Insiders/Family/Friends collectively control the votes, or do you believe commoners as a collective body have control? Is there a common shareholders association I'm not aware of that will pool the message into one loud voice, or are you referring to a random post at ihub telling a microcosm of shareholders to vote?
