SCOTTRADE has just removed OWCP from the restricted list. I complained to their highest customer relations representative and she was able to get it off of the restricted list. I had to threaten a lawsuit that there was collusion going on in their restriction department to discourage investors from trading OWCP because of their undisclosed restriction that forced people to have to call in to make a trade.
