Thanks for sharing. So in this type of offering. Are those shares locked for a certain period? I assume they would be but if not that could put a lot of pressure on the stock, ie maybe that's why it hasn't gone up. So in order to raise 1 mil they need to sell close to 70 mil shares at .015 correct? Doesn't give me the warm and fuzzy
