I am sure you are correct... reason why is I contacted Fly about the Facebook campaign and they told me this.

"We are working on it and will update you when we are ready to begin"

My guess is that the name and symbol change had hoped to be done when the campaign began. But its been held up for what ever reason...and the CC is not the reason IMO, it has to do with some of these contracts being signed under the new corporate name.

If anyone reads the link I posted from FINRA this morning you will see that before the name change will be authorized all corporate information must be changed as well.. including the TA being up to date and the Secretary of State where the company is registered. Once this is all done, as Mary said all the i are dotted and the t are crossed...the Fly campaign will begin and we will get the FINRA notice that its all been approved.

No way Steve is going to draw up a contract with General Motors, Ford, BMW or any of the other big name company's and put On4Communications as the name of this company.

I too think his BIG news will be to announce the date of the name and symbol change... and my bet is its Monday or Tuesday of next week.
